Description & Requirements

The HR – IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle for technology and IT-related positions. The role involves understanding technical requirements, sourcing and engaging top talent, coordinating the interview process, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.

Responsibilities

  1. Talent Sourcing & Recruitment
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical roles (Developers, Engineers, Architects, Data Analysts, DevOps, etc.).
  • Source candidates through multiple channels – job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and campus drives.
  • Screen resumes, assess technical fit, and conduct initial HR interviews.
  1. Stakeholder Management
  • Partner with hiring managers and technical leads to understand role requirements and skill expectations.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and feedback collection.
  • Maintain effective communication between HR, candidates, and business teams.
  1. Offer & Onboarding Process
  • Negotiate offers, release offer letters, and ensure smooth onboarding for selected candidates.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment dashboards and candidate pipelines.
  • Support pre-joining engagement and onboarding formalities.
  1. Employer Branding & Process Improvement
  • Contribute to building the company’s brand as an employer of choice in the tech space.
  • Continuously improve sourcing strategies and recruitment processes.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
  • Experience: 2 – 4 years in IT or technical recruitment (experience in product / IT services / startup hiring preferred).
