The world often calls them “differently-abled.”
But in reality, they are individuals with special abilities who redefine strength, focus and determination every single day.
It isn’t enough to simply be aware of their challenges or sympathise.
We need to change our mindset to see their abilities and create opportunities that recognise their potential.
At HSAG, we are committed to building workplaces that recognise talent beyond labels, because everyone deserves the opportunity to aim high and achieve their dreams.
We set up an experiential Mini Golf Challenge that invited participants to step into the shoes of differently-abled professionals.
It was more than a fun activity, it was a reminder that inclusion begins with empathy and grows through action.
The highlight of our day was welcoming Padma Shri and Paralympic Archer Harvinder Singh, who joined us at the stall and played alongside attendees.
Watching him share his energy and perspective reminded us that true ability lies in determination, not limitation.
A heartfelt thank you to NASSCOM for the platform and to Harvinder Singh for inspiring us to keep breaking barriers on and off the field.
We will continue to move forward with solutions guided by empathy and inclusivity, fulfilling a purpose that goes beyond work, creating a world that values every individual for who they are.
